  • If the battery pack (inside the Torque Drive E-Box) is not used for extended periods, it’s advisable to charge it to about 50% before storage. This prevents the battery from falling into a deep discharge state, which can damage it .
  • Avoid fully discharging or fully charging the battery frequently. Keeping the charge level between 20% and 80% can help extend its lifespan.
  • Use the charger that came with the battery or a compatible one to avoid overcharging and overheating .
